As external headsets still have a valuable place in the bike world, CeramicSpeed designed an Outboard Headset to contain CeramicSpeed bearings and give you a chance to have a super-smooth, insanely durable headset on your steel or titanium road bike.

They start with their standard CeramicSpeed ceramic headset bearings, with ceramic balls and hardened steel races. They are pressed into aluminum cups. The cups are designed to work with 44mm inner diameter head tubes and tapered 1 1/8 to 1 forks.

The headset also comes with an aluminum dustcover and 1cm carbon-fiber spacer and their own Long Life Grease.
