The Fly Racing Rayce BMX Race Helmet-Navy-Orange-Red is a polycarbonate-alloy shell with high-flow vent holes and channels to keep you cool. You will of course still sweat, so the EPS liner and cheek pads are removable and washable. The chin strap is padded and connects to a D ring, so no worries about the helmet just flying off unannounced.
